Louisville Boudoir Photography; 2012 pricing and the new packaging approach

I have spent a lot of time over the last few weeks and months reviewing my price structure, past sessions, client feedback and a multitude of other aspects. Answering questions like What do I want to provide, What can I provide, What do my clients want, What do I need to bring in.

I have nailed down the type of session and ultimately experience I want for my clients. I want my clients to feel beautiful, to be pampered. Have a day that’s just for them. Get their hair and make-up done. And most importantly, I don’t want them to feel beautiful for just one day, but see how truly beautiful they are every day.

From the very first boudoir session I photographed, it was like I could see this…transformation! She finally could see what her husband saw when he tells her how beautiful she is. Or perhaps it was the gorgeous client who came to see me after a nasty break-up. She didn’t need anyone telling her she was gorgeous, but some days, when it was harder to believe than others, she would have this amazing album to remind herself.

Anyway, all this rambling to explain a little bit behind why I’ve decided to change my packages and pricing, starting January 1, 2012. It is so,so, so important that you have the right look down for your session. All packages will now include hair and makeup (and false eyelashes). This aspect of the styling is just too important to be left out!

Occasionally (like maybe around holidays) I might offer packages without the hair and makeup, but, I’m haven’t decided yet!

Without further ado, here are the packages for 2012.

Little Black Book, $450
Hair and Makeup
2 hours of shooting in the studio (3-5 outfits)
Editing of images
Password protected viewing gallery

Digital Diva, $600
Hair and Makeup
2 hour of shooting in the studio (3-5 outfits)
Editing of images
Password protected viewing gallery
10 image Little Black Book
Disc of edited images from session, with reprint rights.
